What Services Do We Provide?

Physician & physician assistant clinics are provided.

Tests & prescriptions ordered by doctors during physician clinics at the Fountain Clinic are covered.

Prescription assistance & dental assistance is provided to senior citizens 60 and older who meet Calhoun County Senior Millage guidelines.

People needing help with prescriptions may be eligible for assistance through pharmaceutical companies' programs. The Fountain Clinic assists anyone, whether or not they are Fountain Clinic patients, in enrolling in these programs.

The Fountain Clinic is not a pharmacy. Prescriptions are only provided to the Fountain Clinic patients or through the programs mentioned above. Controlled substances are not prescribed or dispensed.

The Fountain Clinic DOES NOT COVER HOSPITAL CHARGES, including emergency room visits.

Optical referrals are available for anyone in the Marshall area or anyone with a letter from their local Lion's Club.

Dental services such as cleanings and screenings are also offered at the clinic. The Fountain Clinic also partners with the Calhoun Dental Initiative to provide dental services.
